We took a huge leap and got a kitten. She is adorable and we are having so much fun playing with her. Mr. 4 year old named her Shiloh (he has a movie with a dog named Shiloh). Baby guy really likes the kitty....but.....yikes, a little too rough. Tuba loves the kitty too and is getting used to petting her and holding her. She purrs all the time and loves to snuggle.
This has been a long "Fourth of July birthday extravaganza" for your family. How nice to have a chance, now, to settle back into a routine. I know you have many activities planned for this summer and soon Shiloh will settle into her role in the family. I don't think the novelty will wear off, though, for Middle guy, Baby Sean and Tuba. Kittens are just TOO MUCH FUN.

ReplyDeleteShe is too cute! We've had a cat (or two or three) since we've been married. Just a few weeks ago, our current (and only) cat ran away. We were debating getting a new one (or even-gasp!-a dog) and then she suddenly reappeared one morning. But the new kitten fever hasn't worn off yet!
